$550,000 settlement for a 35-year-old man whose car was struck by a tractor trailer when it attempted to merge into plaintiff’s lane. The plaintiff stated the truck locked onto his car, dragging his vehicle and causing him to bounce around the vehicle like a rag doll. The plaintiff injured his low back and neck.
