$3M Settlement for Car Accident Injuries

$3 million resolution in Suffolk County, NY to an 82-year-old woman injured in a car accident when a driver T-boned the vehicle in which she was a passenger. Engineering and black box analysis demonstrated the young driver was traveling in excess of the speed limit, and actually accelerated as she approached the other car, indicating that she was distracted by either a phone call or texting and never saw the other car.
