Recent New York car accident kills 1, injures 2

The driver of the vehicle was rushed to a local hospital for head injuries he had suffered, while his passenger was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the second vehicle was taken to a nearby hospital for back injuries, while the driver of the third vehicle was uninjured.
